This store has the best staff I've ever found I do commercial plumbing and HVAC and always leave this site with a smile on my face they're always friendly and well accommodating and I look forward to coming here again

This place has terrible service, I ordered from here so many times and they never get my order right they forget part of my orders and never follow order instructions I’m confuse do the people making food even read? Because quite honestly I don’t understand how you can mix up every order. One time is understandable but every time….? I’m just done with this Location or potbelly by any means. Does this sandwich looks like it has extra mayo or any mayo at all??? will I asked for extra mayo last 5 orders I made a order they forgot my Mac & cheese and I had to go make a trip to get food.

Had this delivered as my hands were full with the kids and wife sick. Figured I’d give the kids a treat as we were all stuck home. They forgot all the chips, cookies, and drink. You can blame DoorDash for that but the bag was sealed and Potbelly packed it. Called and the lady was rude. She said we can come grab it. No thanks, I had it delivered for a reason. She replied 3-5 business for refund then. And only apologized after my said their service was horrible. Take your hard earned money to a different sandwich shop. Their sandwiches are nothing special so this exchange has us never coming back again.

Food is great, everyone was nice except for one guy. I didnt get his name but he was wearing an inuyasha shirt, had what looked like a fat lip of dip or chewing tabacco which disgusted me the whole time, and was being very confrontational and demeaning to his fellow coworkers. Honestly it takes one guy like that to make me nnot want to come back.

Do not have your food delivered. My sandwiches were done by 7:00 pm, and not delivered till after 7:30. They were needless to say, COLD all the way through. I love their wrecks, but I will just order ahead and pick them up myself.

Location needs a deep clean. Also, the cashier needs to STOP touching his beard and digging in his ear when working with food. Gross.
I usually don’t write negative reviews because I know sometimes people are just having a bad day. However, the staff here was incredibly rude. I have never been treated so poorly by restaurant staff. The man who was making my sandwich had a bad attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. The cashier was by far the most rude and behaved inappropriately towards me (I am female) but treated my friend much better than me (he is male) although he was disrespectful to us both. I like the food well enough but I will never return to this store because of the staff’s disrespectful nature.

I originally went to Five Guys to order a shake, but they said that their machine didn’t work and that Potbelly’s was a good alternative. I walk over to PB’s and I can hear that they’re behind on everything from a worker. The shake took 10 minutes, but they were behind so that’s fine. I ordered an Oreo shake but instead got chocolate. I didn’t have too much time to ask for the oreo shake I ordered, so I left with the chocolate. After drinking the shake I didn’t feel so well. Fast forward to this morning, I threw up at 4am and had 5 cases of diarrhea. When I went to wash my sheets, I threw up in the Laundry room. When I went to throw out all the puke, I threw up. Currently suffering with food poisoning. Please don’t get the shake.
