Sushi was just ok. There are better places nearby that don't limit the amount you can order, and the service at those restaurants is actually good.

Really good food! Before I go for the AYCE, I checked out the restaurant google page. It seems that quite a lot bad reviews came from certain last names such as Yang, Vang etc. I guess there’s Asian group are not getting along with this restaurant. However, my family and I had a great time there. We went for the AYCE, we sat the sushi bar, the sushi chefs are great! They gave us really good advice for what to order and hand over the food over the counter as soon as it’s ready! Love it! La comida está muy buena :)

What an amazing dining experience. The food was delicious and wonderfully presented. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. I am a bit of a sushi snob and Raku is now among my Top 5 places to eat.

AYCE, Waited 15+ minutes to order and the waiter walked passed us multiple times without asking if we were ready to order. The food took a while to get to us. You can tell our food was not fresh. Shrimp tempura wasn’t crispy, the seaweed wrap was stale. We ordered appetizers and rolls all at once and never got some items. Our table of 4 had a tip already included, to which we were unaware of. As it was on another menu that we didn’t even receive. Overheard another table complain that there were flies in their soy sauce bottle. I rarely do reviews, but I had to on this one because I never been this disappointed. Recommend not going there.

Just tried their AYCE, very good food quality! Love the unique special rolls! Sumo and Playboy are my favorites! Rock shrimp tempura is also really tasty. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable about gluten free options. Highly recommended!

My experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, no one greeted us or asked about the number of people in our party. After we were seated, it took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order, even though the restaurant was not busy. We opted for the all-you-can-eat option, but there were strict rules in place for it, limiting the amount of food we could order. After we placed our order, it took 15 minutes for the food to be served, despite being only the fifth customers in the restaurant. We put in a second order right away, but had to wait for 20 minutes before the food arrived. Additionally, when we asked for the check, the cashier didn't even know what section we were sitting in and had to ask our waitress and she doesn't not too. Finally, when we left, no one even acknowledged our departure or any customer.

I still decided to give it a try after reading so many bad reviews and how bad the service there. To be fairly, the food was GREAT It seemed like they didn't have enough staff so there's only 1 lady kept running around and took care the whole restaurant which i felt bad for her. Nice interior, good food and just need to hire more people.
The service was terrible.We went there to eat all you can eat but we had to wait so long for food to come in.We told them we will pay for what we eat and left.

Terrible service. Went for all you can eat sushi. Nobody came to take oder for 15 min after seated. Appetizer came 30 min after order and no clue of when sushi will arrive. At that point got up and left. We did pay for the appetizer we ate. They charge $13 for 2 egg plant and $10 for 3 peice of shrimp.

Quite possibly one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. We had been seated for 15, and had to go up to the host stand, before anyone even came to grab our drink orders. We were there for the all you can eat sushi, and it listed a 2 hour time limit, but I don’t know how they can justify that, when we waited 45 minutes for our first order to come out. The sushi wasn’t even great and several things we ordered didn’t come out as listed on the menu. We ended up cancelling some of our food, as we had been waiting for well over an hour at this point for things. Several tables around us got up and walked out, just as frustrated, if not more so than us. Will never recommend this place, I’m very confused on how they’re even still open.
