Tried Red Savoy’s for the first time and ordered delivery. Long story short, my order was not delivered to me so I called the restaurant. They apologized and remade the order (without me asking). Afterwards, the driver called me to make sure I got my pizza. I told him no (it was delivered to a neighboring apartment) and he immediately said sorry. I haven’t even tried the food yet but their customer service is amazing. It was an honest mistake and I hope no one gets in trouble.
