I have been going to this location for a few years. They are among my favorite sandwiches in the Twin Cities. Since COVID-19, The last few experiences have been OK and they wear masks but there was an item missing from my last order and I didn't notice until I was home. I went today and when I ordered, I mentioned the missing item from my previous visit and they gave it me no charge. That was great.Just as the lady making the sandwiches was giving my order to the worker to bring to me, I noticed that her mask was not covering her nose. I should have asked for a refund but I was so hungry. I started to eat my sandwich in my car as I drove away (they were already closed) and I didn't finish because I was worried about the lady not wearing her mask right. This is something to look for not just here but wherever you can see them making your food. I don't know if I'll go back.

Don’t bother ordering on-line. Today I waited over 20 minutes for an order I placed hours in advance. The staff couldn’t have cared less that they were behind and had a lot of people waiting indoors during a health pandemic. Really about the worst service you could get at a restaurant. Rude and not courteous or respectful.

Delicious quick meal. The sandwich is made with super fresh bread. The texture and taste of the bun is what keeps me coming back. Good service too.

Happy there's still one left in Minnesota. Used to go here as a kid with the family all the time. Love their sandwiches. Don't know why they don't get more love. Better than pretty much any other sub shop i can think of. Thr original is great, the newer smokey cheesy lineup is really good.

We love this place. We drove from Maple Grove to Edina for a sandwich cuz they're that good. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Good food, good service, it's worth the drive!

I ordered through Foodsby and was super excited after reading through their menu selection and reviews! Once I got the sandwich (ordered the Fiesta Chicken), I was a bit let down. The bread was soggy (which, understood from delivery), but it also did not have any flavor, which I was surprised at for something called "Jalapeno Cheese/Cheddar(?)". I was expecting an explosion of flavor, and instead I received soggy but fluffy cardboard with chicken and runny chipotle mayo. I might try something else in the future, but the outlook doesn't look good as of now.
