Ordered a bacon avocado club, got a burger patty with onions. Went back in to get the correct order and a fight went down over mask wearing. The worker’s mask wasn’t covering her nose and a patron called her out on it. So she took her mask off out of spite. The manager didn’t do anything. Ended up leaving with no burger and no refund.

Everyone was in slow motion and on top i watched my burger sit under the heat lamp for 5+ minutes because the cook went awol and forgot to start my smash fries. Please focus on the food and not your side jobs while orders are up

Today my family visited this place and like many of the reviews on here we got horrible service- my chicken bacon avocado sandwich was literally smashed and the others were also thrown together. I asked them to remake and the two cooks cussed at me and the man working up front said that’s how they look. Also they were wearing masked but touching their faces and that’s so gross and coughing and not changing mask or gloves. The food looked like it had been put in a blender. He offered a refund once the lady cook cussed me out but I just didn’t want to wait in that environment, especially when everyone feels so entitled to be full of hate lately. So I decided to leave to not further escalate. We love Smashburger and have been to great ones in Arizona. This was sub-par- McDonald’s does better. And it was 67$ that I literally had to throw in trash. I know these reviews mean squat to staff and management but I would like my money back to enjoy at a more reputable smash burger and for other people to reconsider going to this place. Sad to see workers be so disrespectful and not care about the quality of their work or image.

Very rude people here. I had a bad bad bad experience here and right in front of me another customer was treated poorly. Your cashier and the waiter, this girl... very snobbish! They need to retake customer service courses in school if they exist. Not eating here again ever.

Normally I would recommend but we were at Southdale mall in Edina and the workers were sitting at a table. They didn't get up or even acknowledge us so we finally left. Going to eat elsewhere!

My son wanted to eat here. He walked in excited, my husband and I felt like we were almost begging them to please take our order. Cashier was extremely rude rolled her eyes at us numerous times and seemed annoyed to be getting costumers. But my son is only 5 and he enjoyed the food.

My sister and her 14 year old daughter had went in to buy some food. They ordered food and were ignored by the cashier who was on her phone. They proceeded to talk and she continued to ignore them. This was in the afternoon around 2-3 so they weren’t even closed. Might I add the fact that my sister and her daughter are both Hispanic, we’re they refused service cause of that? Never coming here again and letting people know, the disrespect.

I would not recommend going to this location until the pandemic has passed. Not only are they very slow, but once I noticed the person working behind the counter had their mask hanging off their ear covering nothing I walked out

Walked in and an employee said right infront of us, "These people better go order somewhere else because it is too damn hot to work right now." Well he got his wish with that attitude.

My friend ordered a burger and was not aware he would be allergic to the signature sauce. He told the waiter and he said “ well that sucks, you already payed for it”

INCORRECT ORDERSMultiple orders from this Smashburger with poor quality burgers and food items always forgotten in deliveries. We gave them multiple chances, but unfortunately they have consistently disappointed us. Please do better, Smashburger!

Let me just say that the food is always great here but the conversation between one employee and his boss was inappropriate and a little unprofessional. However, the disrespect was not directed towards me and he was actually very polite to me. Maybe that's how they play with each other.
