Brent was a great manager. Did a food delivery. He asked if I've been here before (First time) and he gave me lots of pointers of where to go. Great guy all around. Food was great as well. 5☆ for sure!

Apparently there is no such thing as customer service here, the staff here is incredibly rude and snarky and made me feel as if I was stupid, the energy was terrible enough for me to just not order anything at all. I was expecting a lot more since I was recommended this place but absolutely not. There was a certain kind of demographic inside the shop itself and with the staff and I hate to be that person but I was the only POC in there, everyone else inside of the shop was not getting the same treatment as me. Go here if you want to feel like crap.

First off, my family and I really like the food at Snuffy's. We have been here many times over the years and no complaints. My past 3 visits though (arrived between 7:30pm - 7:40pm each time) we were told it was take-out only). That is pretty weak since they advertise they are open until 8 pm. They either need to update their listing to reflect takeout only after 7:30 or tell the teenagers working there that just because the restaurant closes at 8pm that doesn't mean you get to leave at 8pm. Not interested in take out, so our past 3 visits filled the coffers of other restaurants. Not sure if we will be back since they seem to have broken the 3 strikes and your out rule. Sad really.

My 8 year old daughter and I have been frequently visiting Snuffy's for the last six months now for wonderful malts and terrific burgers. We love the place. It's simple. The service staff are delightful and friendly. The atmosphere has that 50's retro vibe, which is a nice touch.
