Service was never outstanding— even with a mobile order. But after the recent reno and what seems to be a lot of new staff, I’ve had two negative experiences leaving me wanting me to go elsewhere moving forward. Once was being given a hot latte instead of iced as ordered. The other was waiting twenty minutes for a mobile order done ahead of time. My husband’s coffee has also been messed up several times.

I will never go back to this location- not once but twice this location has forgotten to add the espresso to my latte. They forgot the coffee in my coffee and I just paid $5 for a cup of hot milk. I just can’t believe this has happened twice.

NO DRIVE-THRU. Their Google page says they are drive-thru, but I couldn't find any drive-thru, so I went to the Caribou drive-thru across the street.

Received half my drink missing. I usually have good experiences with ordering from this location but sending a drink out that clearly is half full is unacceptable. Starbucks is too expensive for that lol
