My drink was great, the atmosphere and the look of the cafe is lovely but the employees couldn’t look less friendly and happy to be at work. I am very understanding and know that life happens but the blatant rude attitude and lack of customer service from Bailey I believe their name was, was so unkind and not needed. Nevertheless, I felt burdening and unwelcome. As did others that were being spoken to this way, I would assume. Please be more kind to others and the tone you take.

What happened to Starbucks, this is probably one of the worst I’ve been to. No smile no greeting no customer service whatsoever. Moving at snails pace and they look like they hate their job. Starbucks you should be ashamed of yourself.

They are always out of the strawberry açaí base. I just went in to order and I asked for a pink drink but they didn’t have the açaí base so I asked for the mango dragonfruit with lemonade but they were out of lemonade. This isn’t just a one time thing, they have done it 4 times, twice in a row.

No quality control, no name asking, no label for the coffee, never confirm what you have. Wrong cups mixed together, wrong drink have been making twice. Okay...I took the wrong one and left. Yes, One star but ZERO if I could.
The ladies that work at this Starbucks are tremendous people that deserve a raise. They're truly remarkable. They always welcome me with a smile and they know my order before I tell it to them. I'm glad to be a regular at this Starbucks.
