Please consider greeting all customers who come in to your store, even if you are busy. People generally are more understanding about having to wait a bit if they at least feel welcomed, acknowledged and appreciated. I want to return to being a regular at this location, but am looking to see some customer service changes first. Thank you.

I will never go to this place ever again. I ordered matcha latte but was given a watered down “matcha” that was 80% ice. Took three sips and all that was left in the cup was ice. What a disappointment. Gonna go back to my boycott era.

I like how I can place the order online with the application on my phone because the order was already in there from previously placing it. However even though it's on the app that I want the heavy cream steamed extra hot I still made sure they understood when I got to the drive through that I would like it steamed extra hot. I don't know what their version of extra hot is but it sure was not extra hot. In the past I've told them that I haven't been receiving it extra hot when I request it and they always tell me they don't want it so hot that it burns a person which I understand but if I was to order a cup of tea it would still come out boiling hot and would burn me if it's spilled on me and the coffee is not coming out hot or even close to hot to the touch.

Wonderful Starbucks with wonderful people in a great location! I usually drive through this area, but there’s no other real convenient place to stop for coffee but now I know and I’ll be stopping here way more often! The staff was awesome and very friendly.

Just went through the drive thru. Waited a while for the girl at the window to take my payment and ask a question about my drink. She saw me, stood with her back against me for quite some time. When I she finally opened the partition door I asked her to let the barista know no whip cream. She didn't even respond, just gave me this look like she was trying to process my request but couldn't do it. Never said anything to the barista but went back to doing something else then handed me my drinks. Listen if people can't even hold a conversation they are not fit for a role where they have to deal with society. How in the heck do these people make it past the interview process is beyond me.
This location has gone down hill since Greg has left. Now running out of milk, cups and wait can be 20 minutes in the drive through when there are only 3 cars in front of you. I understand things happen, but it is becoming consistent and no acknowledgement from anyone to apologize for the wait.
Visited again...poor decision. 4 cars in front of me...20 min for sandwich and drink..sandwich was no longer warm and drink incorrect. Batista didn't apologize or offer to fix!

It was a pretty good experience. We ordered and got through the drive thru pretty quickly. They made delicious drinks and we enjoyed what we got. The workers were friendly as we passed through town.
