By far the worst service. Folks were not even nice. I ordered food items. Then was told it would be a little while as they cooked, waited 5 close to 10 minutes. Only to be told they don’t have what I ordered and they were out. Then I was ASKED if I wanted my money back. HUH? Absolutely I should have asked for the three dollars I tipped back as well. I work in the industry & would be completely embarrassed to represent this establishment. I don’t typically like to leave reviews but this was suppose to be the highlight of my day only it was the complete opposite. 😭

I visited this Starbucks this past Sunday and ordered my usual coffee with light ice. Not only was it not light ice it was extra ice. The entire cup was filled to the top with ice. After I drank what little coffee there was (maybe four sips total), the cup was still almost completely full of ice.
Paying full price for basically a cup of ice is really disappointing and honestly unacceptable. This is the Starbucks closest to my house, but after this experience, I think I’ll start driving a little farther to get the service done correctly.

It took over 15 minutes to get a cake pop. When trying to ask about the status, staff ignored me standing there. The store was messy with stacks of boxes at the entrance and along the window. Unfortunately, not the experience one typical has at a Starbucks.

This is one of the better staffed locations. Even on busy days the crew is friendly and attentive to customers, especially Amber!
We regularly go to the Starbucks store on Industrial blvd in Edina. The people serving us have been fantastic. The store is for some reason going through a change of management and employees. The store already has been well above average. Yesterday when I arrived, the drive through was closed due to headphone issues. I went in the store to find just two employees taking care of a deluge of orders. The wait for many was too much. Hopefully new management will fix the staffing shortage. The best part of yesterday was the supervisor Amber and the person working with her. Amber was incredible the way she handled the pressure and the clients. It was just before 8 AM and the customer pressure was enormous. Amber kept smiling while working hard to take care of people and managing what could have been chaos in an impressive manner. We have been Starbucks customers for many, many years. Hopefully Amber will remain with our favorite store. I really doubt that Starbucks has a better store supervisor anywhere. Thanks Amber!!!!

My usual store, but went to a target Starbucks and they got my order wrong so I went here and they were super nice and made my drink right for me. Shout out to amber the shift lead for being super friendly and accommodating

Great Starbucks 😃 and friendly , speedy , effecient workers! The driver thru is incredibly narrow and makes it difficult for even mini vans to get through it . Otherwise, I love the service they provide!
