Very clean and streamlined atmosphere and the store was quiet! Nice vibe. The server was nothing extraordinary, just took the order. That’s nothing negative though. The drinks were pretty bad actually, with my pumpkin spice latte having little to no pumpkin flavoring. Overall a pretty nice store though.

The experiences I've had here have been consistently great. Whether it's lunch rush or right at open, the staff is pleasant and working as quickly as possible, and the drinks are good.
A particular shoutout to Jay, as well - what a friendly, capable, and thorough person!! Genuinely could not say I've met a better barista.

First they charged me wrong $, then they gave me my hot drink when it was cold, and they got upset and made it cold, I asked if it was decaf and they said no, then they made my drink again for the third time, I will not return to this location.

This is the busiest Starbucks and yet one person is running the Mastrena...you have 2, use both instead of crowds waiting for 15 + minutes. Staff is great, but management needs to handle the volume better.
Moving to Caribou coffee now that Starbucks is using paper cups in all the blue states. It won't last when corporate sales and stock tank.

I ordered online and very specifically said a steamer, but once I got inside and I waited for my drink, the women said very rudely “we’re out of drinks so it’s up here”. Since I had to go right away I just took it and left. I shouldn’t have to correct them.
