Moving to Caribou coffee now that Starbucks is using paper cups in all the blue states. It won't last when corporate sales and stock tank.

I ordered online and very specifically said a steamer, but once I got inside and I waited for my drink, the women said very rudely “we’re out of drinks so it’s up here”. Since I had to go right away I just took it and left. I shouldn’t have to correct them.

I went shopping with the girl I nanny, a 13 year old, and she ordered a matcha latte. The lady at the front, she had glasses and pinned up light brown hair took it upon herself to loudly judge us while making the drink and saying that it was “absolutely ridiculous” that this “kid” was having matcha. She just wanted to try it. Then she gave us a matcha that was smaller than the smallest size (it looked like a kids or pup cup but it was smaller). Really annoying that the employee decided to take it upon herself to judge an order super loudly and then give us LESS than we paid for. I don’t want to be a Karen but that’s not ok and not her job, if she could stick what she’s supposed to do and I will stick with what i’m supposed to do would be great. She was super rude and short while taking the order too. I understand people have bad days but this was straight up nasty and judgemental for no reason.

If you want a variety of hot or cold drinks it is a good place but for take away, unfortunately the place was very dirty, the floor full of garbage, the tables not cleaned, I had to do it myself because there were none clean and the place was barely clean. 2 more people. The cashiers are very friendly.

Non attentive employees. You can be standing at register, but if you fail to recognize that only one is turned on, they will ignore you and help someone else that just walked up. You ask for coffee, no question if you want cream, you have to ask. Oh, you want sugar? Ask. Oh, you want something to stir all that? Ask. Because you know all those things a re statistical outliers when ordering coffee! Lastly. Tables are too low.
