my neighborhood starbucks i usually go here. always seems to be a mistake with my order or it looks separated. other times it’s late. i order ahead of time often but often i have to wait a while after arriving. i try my best to go to other locations though. ❤️😛✌️

Mobile orders do not come out until 15 minutes after they say they are ready for pick-up. They also let you order items they don’t have in store. I ordered a pecan crunch latte and instead of letting me know they couldn’t make it, they set an empty cup out on the counter.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have been waiting now for 32 minutes for a cold brew. There are 6 employees working. No one has apologized or acknowledged the long wait.
I just ordered a matcha latte. I ordered “warm” drink then it came cold. They made a warm one again but it was not the taste that I typically get from any Starbucks. The worst place…

Extremely rude staff. Ordered a grande and the cup was half full. Including the whip, so inreality less than half way full of actual beverage. Unacceptable.

It’s crazy- so operationally inept. We’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. There’s been multiple periods of like 7+ minutes of ZERO movement.
That’s INSANITY. Not even that many cars infront of us…. We obviously should’ve just left but we reached the point of no return where it’s like “we’ve already waited this long.”
From the time I actually got my order in to reaching the window was 12 more minutes. So seriously OVER 40 MINUTES TOTAL
I’m not sure if it’s severely understaffed or what. But something needs to change. NIGHTMARE

Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. How do you run out of coffee by 9am on a weekly basis. Whoever runs this store is absolutely terrible at their job.
Spent $7, and the cup isn't even full—never going to Starbucks again.

It should never take 10 minutes to receive a coffee and bagel in an empty coffee shop, especially one where that order runs you $10.
No idea what the plan is at this Starbucks. All the employees seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves up until there’s some kind of mistake or busy period. They freeze, get confused, and effectively leave customers waiting disproportionate amounts of time.
The food is fine but it’s not worth coming here. Management doesn’t seem to have strong policy and even worse they don’t know how to recover when they stumble. Nobody seems to mind wasting your time.

They were super busy which is understandable. But after waiting a long time for my drink they made it hot instead of iced. They gladly made me a new one but then did none of the customizations to the drink I paid a lot for.

On a thursday I ordered 5 travelers to be picked up on Saturday evening. Saturday morning I called to confirm the reservation, I was told everything was ready. I get there at the scheduled time, and the doors were locked. The drive through was in operation, however. So, we went to the drive through. The clerk had no idea what we were talking about, there we got the manager on the phone. He accepted full responsibility, but declared he was going to a funeral and couldn't be of any more help. He did suggest that we try another nearby location, that he would call there and have the order ready when we get there. We show up at the other location, it's closed. There were employees inside cleaning, so I eventually got someone's attention, but all he would say is that they're closed, that he never heard from the manager of the first store, and to try another store twenty minutes away. Well, it's almost time for my event to start and I don't have time, nor the patience to go another twenty minutes in direction I just came from. His only other suggestion was that I should call the corporate office on Monday.

Absolutely fantastic location! Friendly staff, very helpful! I will continue to shop at this location over other Starbucks spots nearby whenever possible. Extra kudos and thanks to the evening shift.

Ordered a medium latte with a little whip today. Got 3/4 of a cup. I realize there has to be room for the whip under the lid, but the lid never even touched the whip. Also Hate the paper lids, they’re gross.
