Busy Saturday morning - 10 deep in drive thru -opted to go in. Waited over 15 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. Drive through free by. They cared more about those customers. Very disappointed.
Just wondering what happened? In a about a week staff goes from great, engaging young people who know everyone's drinks to a bunch of well meaning confused senior citizens. We're talking a lot of people suddenly gone, maybe a couple dozen. After all, for hundreds of us, it's #ourstarbucks. Huh @vernonsbux? #vernonsbux?
