Laura is amazing and her energy is so nice and she is so kind! I felt kinda bad for her because the gal she was working with had such a sour attitude. Anyways I didn’t realize that the drink I ordered normally comes cold and when I questioned it, Laura was more than happy to remake it the way I wanted and just let me know in such a kind way that moving forward I need to request for it to be hot. My drink was delicious too!

I drove through on Saturday morning 8/30 around 11:30 for a mobile pick up. I was having the worst morning. The person working the window was so joyful that it was contagious! Thank you for the pick me up!!

I recently went back to this Starbucks location after over a decade. It is definitely upgraded and more modern looking but I preferred the quaintness and additional space of the old space. They also play music here now which might be nice for the employees but not preferable to patrons like me.
The drinks and service were great but I would not recommend this location if you plan to hangout and have a good conversation. I guess one could say the atmosphere just wasn't my cup of tea.
But to each their own and they do have a drive thru if that floats your boat.

I am not liking these new paper cups that only Edina seems to have or this one certain location. The paper melts and gets mushy very fast with these cups for iced drinks.

They drew a pig on my cup. Usually it’s a name or note. Pretty sure they called me a pig. Nice way to treat a paying customer

Customer service is unhelpful. Arrived 10 min after placing a mobile order the other day and first drink was ready after about 5-10 min of my arrival while second drink was unmade and forgotten on the back counter (could see my order sticker on the cup). Gave benefit of the doubt since I didn’t mind waiting a little longer but then people who ordered in person after me got their drinks already. Eventually went to cashier after another 20 min passed to ask about it and give a kind reminder. Was told to “just wait” without an apology or checking. Didn’t even bother letting barista know about the forgotten drink.

What a joke. There are like 20+ drinks waiting to be picked up. From inside it took 40 minutes to get a triple espresso and egg bites (after ordering). There are no customers inside, yet they can’t pull an espresso. The employee response is that they are busy. 7 employees working during this time.

Be sure to order 30 min ahead in the morning. Mobile order 8:49am, done at 9:18am. These poor employees are slammed!

Where is the drive through? The Starbucks is inside Jerry’s. The told me there are two Starbucks next to each other. This one doesn’t have drive through. I couldn’t find it. I was angry and left.

My mom placed an order for Starbucks. I came to the door and it was locked. So I went to the drive through and sat for about 7 minutes and no employee came. So I went to the window. I saw 2 employees making drinks and food. Then one of the employees saw me and went to the back. I waited for a bit more hoping that employee would come to the window but no. So I drove away and called the location in Jerry’s Food and they said they are closed because they are understaffed. At all the other Starbucks if something is happening they usually but up a sign at the door and show you can’t place a mobile order. So at least put up a sign on the door that you are closed and the app as well so people don’t come in and waste their time. Unbelievable.
