Called the store eight times, no one ever picks up the phone. Tried to cancel my order, but manager did not let me. He told me to “go home and make my own sandwich.” Refused to give me a refund. I don’t know what I did to deserve this. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Looks like I’m Jimmy John’s number 1 customer now.

The Mexican(not that it matters just stating the facts. Im also Mexican.) male working 3/3 at 9 PM is completely unhinged. We ordered in the app and sat outside. He was throwing ingredients in the sandwich violently. He was also throwing spoons and even waving around a knife very aggressively. Such an odd thing to do. Not sure why he is so angry. If you can't handle working at a fast food place there's other places that have jobs. Do not go here unless you want to see what a madhouse looks like. This seems like a common issue per reviews and the owner could careless as long has they are turning profit.

Gone here a few times, because it is near my home, but not the best or consistent good.
The portions they put on subs are typically much less than other chains in the area, and just sloppily thrown in there. They are typically unfriendly as well. This is in the morning, lunch time or evening, as I have gone there all of these times.
The last time was the worst. Small portion of meat bunched up in the middle of the foot long sub, and two cheese slices.
I’ll be taking the extra drive over to the Subway on Lyndale from now on. Is MUCH better food and service.
Employees were efficient, polite, and friendly. I don’t know their names but we were here around 12:15 today and they were amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and received the wrong order. No one would answer the phone when I called to have it corrected. I called the next day and was basically told there was nothing they could do about it because it was the next day.

I've been to this location a few times as it's constantly going too and from work. It is probably my least favorite subway. Employees are never friendly, my orders have been messed up, and this time they barely put anything in my sandwich. I asked for extra mayo and I barely got any, and it looks like they put 2 triangles of cheese on my footlong. I will be using a different location from now on.
