Ordered a sandwich for delivery and received the wrong order. No one would answer the phone when I called to have it corrected. I called the next day and was basically told there was nothing they could do about it because it was the next day.

I've been to this location a few times as it's constantly going too and from work. It is probably my least favorite subway. Employees are never friendly, my orders have been messed up, and this time they barely put anything in my sandwich. I asked for extra mayo and I barely got any, and it looks like they put 2 triangles of cheese on my footlong. I will be using a different location from now on.

My order was made fresh and there was a good crew working!The store is kind of older looking on the inside. It has 2 sides to subway, 1 in which they don't use anymore. The employee door was propped open when I went towards the bathrooms - which is risky itself and seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. There is no separation from the staff and the customers. Store could use updated space to maximize space. Overall, satisfied with our visit.

Been to this store twice, and both times my order has been messed up. The workers here are sassy, and do not seem like they care. They give you small portions on your sandwich, which is ridiculous considering how much they charge. Would not recommend at all.

A substandard Subway at 5125 Edina Industrial Blvd. The place was closed over a weekend, phone not answered. No notice given, coupons not honored. Management there is a little hostile and gives off a "who cares?" attitude. Avoid.

Arrived at 6.55 pm. The door was closed. The person was in, saw me and did not open the door. Found out the closing time was 7 pm. Don't know how to rate it?

Been to this location twice. First time everything was pretty good, except the lettuce was old, red and bad.Today everything was good except the wheat bread was stale (at least the one I was served). Had two bites and the it away. Doubt I'll be back here. Of all the things, the bread has to be fresh and soft.
