It's hard to give it any more than one star. I've been in this building several times wanting to go there and it is never open! Maybe someday I'll find the magical time where I can get food but until then, one star.

I had lunch and got some work done at this location, and I had a wonderful experience. It was around noon, so it was pretty busy, but the service was still fast and friendly. Throughout my visit, the staff engaged with customers, laughing and enjoying themselves while working, which created a great atmosphere. It’s always nice to see employees creating such a positive environment for customers.

I had a mobile order and I ask the guy cashier and he told to wait and I was waiting like 10 min and I ask him politely if the order was ready and he told me “ can you see it’s right here” worst team member the guy shouldn’t be working with that costumer service

I ordered online and they got the order for one of the sandwiches wrong and didn’t send the footlong cookie. I called and couldn’t even leave a message because the mailbox was full. Terrible service and no customer service afterwards!!

I ordered food online and went to pick it up at this location. The food wasn’t ready and there was no one in line. I asked if my sandwich was ready and I was scolded for asking so. The African American worker said “this is a hospital”. I replied with “this is a subway shop”. He ended up making a sandwich for me but I had to pay in person even though I already paid online. Well you guys got extra money out of me while insulting me as well. I am going to make a report with BBB fyi as I was required to pay more than the advertised cost of product. The sandwich was decent quality but the lack of professionalism will ensure I never return to this establishment.

Went to a clinic in the same building as Subway. Had a break and my wife wanted coffee. Everyone at the clinic said to drive to caribou a couple of miles away. They all said the coffee at Subway was terrible. Well it couldn’t be that bad, right? Well everyone was correct! Bad coffee. But the restaurant smelled great and was very clean. The people behind the counter were courteous and polite.
