Two giggly girls got my order wrong. Did not discover the wrong order until I got home. The only thing they got right was the Chicken Quesadilla, the Nachos BelGrande and the two sour creams I ordered. I wanted two enchiladas with Frank's Red Hot and instead I got two Chicken Strip Frank Tacos. I was asked if I wanted extra hot sauce I said no and when I got home I had about a dozen packets of hot sauce. Never had a problem at this location before. Guess I better start checking my order before pulling away from the pick up window!!!

The worse customer service ever. There was a lady who had a bald fade and she didn’t say a word. She was also ignoring me when I tried to tell her I was given the wrong drink. If you aren’t happy with your job, leave! Leave your personal issues at the door. I don’t tolerate disrespect. I won’t ever go back to this location!

This is a very good Taco Bell. Through Door Dash, I ordered the Bean Burrito, the Beef Crunchy Taco, and the Beef Chalupa. All were delicious and prepared well. I will definitely eat here again.

Not much for the shallowness of "Minnesota Nice." The whole place is Left beyond reality. But, this Edina Taco Bell still offers a Chili Cheese Burrito. I know of no better peace offering than a Taco Bell Chili Cheese Burrito. Ah, if only they would resurrect the Double Decker.

Twice this Taco Bell has messed up simple orders. Ordering screen and receipt were correct, food was not.

No one over the age of 18 or 19 was working and 3 out of 4 of us that ate the food ended up with food poisoning within hours. It was reported to the health department. I warn you. Pick ANY location other than this one. Even if you have to drive an extra 15 minutes it will save you the hell that we have gone through over the last 3 days.
I have been to this drive thru many times and it is pretty hit or miss, but it’s the nicer Taco Bell near where I live so I keep coming back.

The most disgusting Taco Bell in Minnesota. Food is always cold mushy, chicken looks like dog meat. Always forget half my order. Rude and lazy. Just pick a different one. Trust me.
