There was a piece of sharp metal in my food and the staff didn’t even apologize. I had repeatedly ask for them to refund the food. They said they were going to have their insurance follow up with me and they never did.
Additionally, the staff leader said he doesn’t know where the metal came from because they just reheat the meat lmao

I ordered a al pastor machete, I have eaten al pastor meat around town, this one is not seasoned as the one I have tried around, it tasted and looked like a stake skillet beef instead. I’m not sure I can comeback until a true al pastor seasons pork is done correctly. Sorry…

Rice was a lil hard in the burrito. I'm very picky about that. Almost no taste in the burrito. Definitely expected better. But they did give me two extra cups so I can share my large drink , so I'll give them 4 stars.

Slightly over priced for what you get. The chips and hard shells are on the thicker side, which is not my preferred style. The flavors fell flat for me. I was expecting lots of flavorful spices in the meat and sauces but I didn't get that from them. We got a chicken tinga soft shell taco, ground beef hard shell taco, a steat double stacked which was their take on a taco bell cheesy gordita crunch and piece of Tres leches cake. I'm glad I went because I love trying new places and it was overall okay but nothing stood out to make me want to go back again.

Went to Taco Libre for lunch on Tuesday and I got two street tacos - steak and chicken. The steak was a bit dry and tasteless and the chicken was bone dry, looked like rubber and tasted gross. Wasted $15 with a drink and tip. I started to feel ill right after eating this "food" and have been sick SINCE TUESDAY (it's Friday today) with stomach issues!
I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I feel so crappy from their food - literally!
They gave me wrong order then when I asked for a refund they gave me less than what I actually paid, completely unfair! I have called and talked with them 4 times already.
