Ugh this was so good! I’d been to a Cheesecake Factory once before a long time ago but didn’t remember much. Decided to go because it seemed like a fun thing to do on a Friday evening. I’m not usually one to go to chain restaurants unless it’s Applebees and dirt cheap, but I truly was impressive with Cheesecake Factory. My pasta was a huge portion that I was able to make 2 large meals out of and it tasted great the next day as well. Also correct me if I’m work but I believe Cheesecake Factory is a scratch kitchen which is INSANE considering how big their menu is.
Our server was amazing and I wish I could remember her name to shout her out. She came just the right amount of times and delivered excellent service (we were there on Friday Jan 16th at 8pm seated near the bar if that helps).
We got cheesecake to go and enjoyed it the following day and it was DELICIOUS 😋. I am already planning my next trip back!

Cheesecake Factory in Southdale is always our go-to restaurant with delicious meal options for everyone and desserts to die for. Waitstaff is unfailingly good-humored and attentive.

Not sure what to say you don't already know. Great food made mostly from scratch. HUGE portions. Amazing desserts. It was a busy Friday night with a long wait but we got right in to a hightop right away. The waitress cleared a table for us immediately. Excellent as always.

The food here was SO yummy! The menu is huge-and we like rumor has it that Cheesecake Factory is a scratch kitchen-making almost everything from scratch! I ordered the orange chicken and it was SO so good. We took all 3 girls on a random Tuesday afternoon and it was great! Only knocked one atmosphere star because it’s a little bit dark in there and hard to read the menu, but otherwise it’s great! Our server was so sweet, and all the food seriously tasted so good. Eating a sit down meal with kids is not always easy, and we really appreciated the warm bread basket and the coloring menus, sealed waters with a straw, and the fresh squeezed orange juice that I may or may not have stolen some for myself. We would definitely come back here again!
Food a bit high priced, but good. Cheesecake is hard to beat!

Our waitress and the staff were all wonderful. My hand is currently in a brace and I was having difficulty moving my food into the box to take home, before I could ask my husband for help a staff member was already offering help. We would have stayed to finish our food but a woman came in wearing such a strong fragrance that we could taste it and we did not finish our food. Our waitress stopped by to check on us just as it happened and commented on the strong odor as well as it was very pungent, she got us out our desserts to go quickly which was wonderful. Thank you Olivia B!

I am from northern Wisconsin. We don’t have a Cheesecake Factory anywhere near me. It’s always a fantastic pleasure when I get to dine here. I always have an amazing experience, really great food. Also a great atmosphere.
