Lynhall is a favorite destination for my friends, family and me. We went to their high tea yesterday and were disappointed because of poor service. High tea is pricy which we are willing to pay. But, the servers never checked back with our table. Not once! We were never offered fresh water for our tea, never asked how it was, or if we needed anything. We had to ask for water, boxes, and even how we pay the bill! It was strange indeed that the level of service sunk so low.

Had afternoon tea. Waited almost 30 min to get tea and never received a refill (even after taking lid off as asked to signal). Food was good, but had clearly been sitting out for sometime.

We recently went to Lynhall for their high tea service for my mother’s birthday. It’s always a fun and special treat. Great tea selection, and the savory and sweet treats were delicious.

Very accommodating to vegetarian options as well!
