The environment and the food were fine but customer service was very bad. At cash register were a young guy who has no respect no respect for his customers. He charged what ever he wants without explaining politely. It was about 3:46 afternoon lunch period wasn’t over yet but he charged me dinner price. When I asked did you charge me a lunch price, he replied no I charged you dinner price, then I asked what time dinner begun then he replied about 4pm. Then I told him it’s not 4 pm yet, he replied it’s almost 4pm. I requested my many back then left the restaurant. Reason I left wasn’t about the price but it was how he talk and his body language which I felt that he disrespected me. I think that boy may his parents own this place because how he act and disrespect his customers. After I begun leaving he told me “leave and didn’t come back again”. Very good service, and the food, the buffalo wrap very tasty! And if you like it a bit spicy I recommend it, it has chicken, jalapeños and lettuce, the smoothies are also very delicious!

Family Owned buffet. Nice, casual buffet. Fresh salad section, warm baked cookies. Would have like to see a few more selections on the hot side. Maybe some salmon. Reasonably priced. Will visit again when in Minnesota area.

“The salad bar” is a JOKE! Terrible service, even worse food. When I asked why I was charged more for something her response was “oh, it’s not posted” and when I asked for a refund she said “we don’t do that here.” But from the looks of it, not much business is going into this place at southdale.

A hidden gem. The food is really good. Look past the fact that this place is hidden in the back corner of Southdale. The owner is great and the food is excellent! The Italian beef is outstanding!

Had the best gyro ever! A woman made it for me 3 weeks ago. Peppers fresh grilled meat. I came back today specially. I told the guy working of my experience he said it was his wife that had made it! I asked for a smaller kid size bc we would be there a couple hours I didn't want to waste food. He said sure but charged me full price, only cash he said internet was down. I had to go to ATM which charged me additional. So 18.50 for the worst gyro I have ever had. Funny bc my son ate at Panda right next to them and internet was working fine. If that guy is working again when we are there I will for sure skip it. So should you! Suspect

I have been visiting Qcumbers for so many years now. It has been a favorite restaurant for the whole family so a no brainer when we go out. I had gone to the restaurant as a family and was a worst experience ever and WOULD NOT recommend and will also not be going there. There was only one vegetarian option (wild rice pilaf) in the hot bar and usually there are more. There were two adults who tried the meat options and found that the lasagna was not fully cooked and the chicken was stale. What really got me irritated was I called the next day and the Manager was not interested in hearing and making it right even though we have been customers for a very long time. I understand that the prices of the raw food have gone and so has the labor but after paying $20+ with tip if this is the quality and variety one is going to get it is not worth it. One is better off paying a few dollars more and try Big Bowl, PF Chang where the quality is consistent and at least it is fine dinning. IT IS A NO NO FOR OUR FAMILY.
