I was at the Dairy Queen. And they got my order wrong. And I call to tell them and the person on the phone was very nice. And he said he was very sorry about the situation. He was very kind and very polite. I think he said his name was Swayer . I was very happy with the conversation I had with him . And he was very nice to me. I think he should get a reward for his good deeds. It was one of my family that told me about this situation

We used to love the Ely DQ, but lately, it's been negative experiences. I've placed mobile orders multiple times, and they went through successfully and charged my debit card, only to find the store closed and no option in the app for refund or to cancel due to store being closed. One time, they emailed me back saying they would send me a gift card, and I never received one. Another time a manager said he would replace my order next time I come in because they still had the recipt, but then when I got to the store again, he was no longer employed there and the person who was didn't know what I was talking about and couldn't find the receipt. This place is sadly going downhill fast since the prior owner passed. I hope the new owner can work out whatever issues they seem to be having with staff and quality control.
