We used to love the Ely DQ, but lately, it's been negative experiences. I've placed mobile orders multiple times, and they went through successfully and charged my debit card, only to find the store closed and no option in the app for refund or to cancel due to store being closed. One time, they emailed me back saying they would send me a gift card, and I never received one. Another time a manager said he would replace my order next time I come in because they still...

Another great stop at DQ for a quick bite to eat. Everything was clean, including the restrooms. The staff is friendly and nice. Our food was delivered up in short order.

We dined inside. It was 12:30, and the drive-in line was packed. There was only one other family inside eating. It seems that most that frequent this place get their food to go.

Parking is limited, but no problems finding an empty space.
