My husband and I stopped here on our honeymoon in Ely, MN. It was winter so everything is Ely is pretty dead and a lot is closed, but this place was open! We got the walleye sandwich special for $18.95 and chicken strips and fries. Fries tasted like McDonald’s but seasoning was good — we ended up asking for extra seasoning and pouring it on. Frisky Otter has a great variety of appetizers, sandwiches and dinners. The pasta and sauces are flavorful and always a treat, steaks are done to perfection and the sandwiches are nice sized portions.
