BEST COFFE IN TOWN. A must to stop by for a cup of coffee. The smell inside was so aromatic and made the coffee shop super cozy. I would recommend anything here, because all is good.
But, our group got chai tea (10/10) iced matcha latte (10/10) and ICED LATTE (10/10) đŻđŻđŻ so so good.

As a local, I've noticed that the prices have gone up significantly in the past 3 years. I understand product costs and staffing might be an issue, but it's becoming unreasonable. The prices of a latte are the most expensive I've seen in any location (both in Ely and everywhere else) I'm sad to say after years of being a loyal customer I will have to stop coming here if this doesn't change.

The food was warmed up eggs in a microwave. We cleaned our own table with anti- bacteria wipes. Wipes were filty. Self-serv coffee was bitter. They need to wadh their hot pots...

What coffee shop stops serving drinks one hour before closing? We drove out of our way seeing they were open til 4pm. Arrived to this sign with no staff in sight. Very disappointing!

Service stinks, once you get past thatâŠitâs a nice space. Specifically: One person checking texts at the wine bar, one person running the front register and making drinks, one person stocking stuff at the front, and one filling the water jugâŠfor 10 minutes. 3-5 customers in line waiting, no acknowledgment of existence. Just waiting⊠eventually got service only to find out they were out of what I wanted. It was marathon weekend, so maybe when there isnât anything going on things would go better.

I was disappointed with the gluten free options, only refrigerated cookies. They gave us the wrong flavored smoothie for my daughter, didn't notice for a while and too late to go back. The coffee was good though!

Cone cups? Seriously? Canât even set the dang thing down to eat whatever you purchase. But may I offer a solution. Get a donut- use as a cone cup holder - problem sorta solved.
No better way to say âwe donât appreciate our customersâ than to give them a cone cup.. sad times.
