I’m so happy to have found this place! If you’re looking for gluten free, vegan, and high quality food. This place it outstanding! Such a gem to have a grocery and Deli like this in Ely! They have stuff you could bring with on a BWCA trip or it’s a great spot for lunch too!

We were delighted to find this gem of a place when looking for natural foods options in Ely. The made-to-order bowls we had for lunch were outstanding, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. There is a pleasant area to sit looking out the window while you eat. The homemade baklava was so good we came back for more to take home, and the tres leches cake was perfect! They also have a great selection of groceries and grab-and-go items as well. We'll definitely come here every time we return to Ely!

Cute little market with delicious pumpkin bars!!! Possibly the best I've ever had. My daughters and I stopped in for a quick snack and I was really happy with everything I purchased.
I’ve never had a better shopping experience!!! The produce is ALWAYS GREAT! Great variety!! (You will definitely find anything you need here!) I’m certainly not a dedicated “organic” or “health food” shopper, and I still shop here as often as possible. The owners and employees are SO DARN friendly, the prices are comparable to the local grocery store, and I’m supporting a small business when I spend my money. They’re doing an exceptional job!

Come out of the woods and feed your body and soul with this gem of a restaurant and fill up on supplies for the road.
