I’m so happy to have found this place! If you’re looking for gluten free, vegan, and high quality food. This place it outstanding! Such a gem to have a grocery and Deli like this in Ely! They have stuff you could bring with on a BWCA trip or it’s a great spot for lunch too!

We were delighted to find this gem of a place when looking for natural foods options in Ely. The made-to-order bowls we had for lunch were outstanding, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. There is a pleasant area to sit looking out the window while you eat. The homemade baklava was so good we came back for more to take home, and the tres leches cake was perfect! They also have a great selection of groceries and grab-and-go items as well. We'll definitely come here every...

reasonably priced. I got mushroom supplements, almond flavoring, cream soda, and an exquisite lemon tart. they are starting a loyalty program soon and I will definitely be signing up! 10/10
