Long-time customer of Adele’s. Unfortunately, customer service and sundae quality are never consistent. We frequently order the Truffle sundae (family favorite). However, the last time we ordered it came with whole frozen raspberries. If the shop is out of an item or ingredients aren’t ready, please let the customer know so they can pick a different sundae. I submitted a comment on the website and never received a reply.
I’m from the east coast and still haven’t found a soft served ice cream place that I love… BUT!!! This is the next best thing I found! Not only was it delicious, but my “red white and blueberry” had real raspberries and blueberries in it! Pleasant surprise. Staff were very patient, friendly and helpful. Quick service. Aaaaand free water! Which feels silly to add— but! I went to get ice cream at Dairy Queen last week during the heat wave. I had asked for a cup of water...
We always love coming to your place, so five stars for the custard but three stars because I can’t digitally tip! I don’t carry cash and those kids earn it, especially on these crazy hot days!! Please add that option.
