Great coffee and friendly service. There's plenty of seating space inside and outside the coffee shop to sit and enjoy your coffee.

Dunn Bros is a favorite and I was in the area so I stopped by this one for a hit. Based on these other reviews and the neighborhood I can tell it is in a snobby area of town that needs a reality check on their expectations on probably a lot of things. Staff was pleasant. Coffee was good. Internet worked. Plenty of space. I didn’t have the food but it looked pretty standard. Its a coffee shop.

Dunn Brothers remains my favorite coffee shop. Must be their roasting as the coffee is consistently very good.

Excelsior location … Avocado toast is NOT good! Sparse avocado, egg cold, drizzle of balsamic vinegar, which is sweet and why? If it wasn’t for the bacon, it would have zero flavor. Another guest sitting at a nearby table said the same; we both agreed that the avocado toast at Dunn Brothers used to be absolutely delicious! Just disappointing. I won’t be getting it again.

Staff was very kind and helped me pick out what to order. The food was really good, I enjoyed the Tuscan turkey sandwich. Very clean, and the atmosphere was lovely.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a gluten free sandwich and they warned me that the chips contain gluten and asked what substitute I wanted. Very thankful!

This Dunn Brothers does not compare to the one in St. Michael. They can not make sugar-free mochas and food is lacking. Many young people are working here. One today was wearing an airpod while taking orders. I also had to put in my own splenda... not an issue at a normal coffee house. But when you pay $6 plus tip for a cold brew, put a Splenda in there when asked. I do like that I have seen so many dogs in and out of there, which makes me smile. Also, I love the jewelry they sell.

The parking situation was not great, had to ask the salon next door ? to use a of theirs otherwise I was having to park in a paid by phone space on the street. Every space is marked by the adjacent store sign at the risk of being towed... Wasn't ideal when I wanted to spend over and hour here. Not much seating available inside with groups of people all over. Took a spot in the lobby since it was wet outside on the patio.
Parking: Only a few spaces available for this location

This place rocks! Why go to a big chain type coffee shop when you can come to Excelsior...have a view of the lake...have a wonderful coffee and a sandwich made from scratch plus talk to the owners at the same time! The ham, egg and cheese croissant is my go to! 10/10 would recommend!

This is probably the best Dunn Bros in the Twin Cities with how good & consistent their drinks are. Add on top of that how nice the staff are, it's a shame I don't live very close by!
