Crazy busy Friday night but found a table! Pretty loud but the booths cut out a lot of the noise. Food was fast and delicious-as always! Finished our pizza before we could capture the photo. Wings were a double order and were juicy. Buffalo sauce is pretty mild and a little sweet. Caesar salad was good and not overly dressed. The group loved the marinara pasta too!

This is always my favorite place for pizza. The only problem is their phone ordering system for carry out is terrible. So it helps to plan ahead and call early, especially weekend nights in the summer. Otherwise sometimes the only way to order is to just go there and order in person and wait, and it could be a long wait. But their pizza is great so it's worth it.

Love Joey Nova's pizza!! For eat in and takeout!! Their crust is superior, my favorite is pepperoni, green pepper, mishrooms. I order it well done since I like a bit of crispy cheese.

I’m from Boston and Joey Nova’s is hands down the best East Coast pizza in Minneapolis. Pizza in New England, New York, New Jersey is not something to fill your stomach it’s a religion. If you own a pizza place and your pizza sucks you should lose your business license. Period. The dough has perfect soft , crisp and semolina undercarriage is perfect. Sauce- perfect tangy not sweet and cheese if I had to guess is full fat low moisture mozzarella maybe Grande or Bacio. Provolone is no no. Joey’s nails it. I live an hour from here and will be coming in soon for another cheese pie slightly crispy. Take it from a pro, pizza tastes better a little crispy. I find most pizza in MN is undercooked. Joey’s is so good. Joey’s is # 1 for traditional pizza, Young Joni is # 1 for Neapolitan. Black Sheep is # 2. Run to Joey’s. Undisputed Champion.
They have the best pizza crust. It tates rich and is the right mix of chew and crunch. I would like the garden veggie pizza to be a little less salty, though, but that is just me. The fresh basil is wonderful.
