McDonald's as a franchise has gone down altogether. This location is just poor overall. I ordered a large frozen coke, they entered it as a medium and gave me a small. Then, I ordered a large fries, they didn't even fill it up all the way and gave me half of what should be in there. What an absolute rip off. If I am paying for what I ordered, I should be getting what I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Incompetent childish workers.

Hate to be lovin' it. Love to hate it. Had to indulge in the bagel breakfast sandwich they brought back!! I'm still waiting on the cinnamon raisin danish, discontinued around 35yrs ago. C'mon McDonald's!!! Bring it back!!!

I went threw the drive through this Sunday and was surprised to see a little boy working the register, on top of that he helped me figure out how to work the app when I wanted them reward points. Never had such exceptional service at a McDonald’s before!

This McDonalds use to be good 10 years ago, not anymore. Consistency and quality of food is not there. These high school kids need to be trained properly. Plus we’re paying for the food we expect it to be fresh.

This place is pretty neat and clean, food was delivered very fast and not crowded and no lines for most of my visits. Burgers were made fresh and taste great.
It’s McDonald’s what do you expect. I’ve been going here for over 5 years now and they’ve only messed up my order once. I see a lot of people crying about how nobody works the front counter anymore. There are two kiosks right be the counter, they are very easy to navigate and I much prefer it over having to tell someone my order. I also see people complaining about having to wait in a drive through spot? Like that’s a new thing. Just be patient people the workers are human. The staff is very nice.

We live in Chanhassen, with two McDonald's, but we still go through the drive-thru at this Excelsior McDonald's because the food is better and ALWAYS hot. Friendly enough service, too.
