Current Manager, Andrea is not helpful and often rude to the kids coming in. Refused to give my child a mobile order I placed on his behalf even tho he had a copy of the receipt with order number. Also refused to refund the same order. Kid goes hungry, and no refund. Terrible service. Location needs a new manager.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times and it’s pretty average overall. The food is usually what you’d expect—hot and consistent with other locations—but the service can be hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is friendly and quick, other times the wait is longer than it should be, even when it’s not busy. The drive-thru is convenient, but I’ve had a couple of incorrect orders in the past. It’s not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement in consistency and attention to detail.
$5 for a quarter pounder where the meat patty was dry and the burger slapped together. I'm not coming back here again.

McDonald's as a franchise has gone down altogether. This location is just poor overall. I ordered a large frozen coke, they entered it as a medium and gave me a small. Then, I ordered a large fries, they didn't even fill it up all the way and gave me half of what should be in there. What an absolute rip off. If I am paying for what I ordered, I should be getting what I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Incompetent childish workers.
