Can't take an order properly... Customer Service is horrible. Gave management an opportunity to make it right and was told that that's what I ordered and this was far from the first time. When taking phone orders it needs to repeated several times before they get it right. Ronny is the bomb always been great to us but unfortunately the lack of tact and short sightedness of management lost a good account today.
