This is the restaurant I’ve been waiting for in Excelsior. Great food, ambiance and service with some surprises on the menu. The carrots with dates and goat cheese were a decadent side that was a standout. The popovers were among the best I’ve ever eaten. My wife had the crab stuffed walleye and I had the prime rib. Both were exceptional. Our waitress Shellee set a new standard for service. Mirabelle is a gem and our new favorite spot in town.
We were delighted to be sat at a fun round booth for the three of us tucked in a quiet space to enjoy our conversation throughout our meal. Our server, Abby A. was professional, courteous and helpful in sharing suggestions of what to choose off an amazing menu with a variety of choices. We came at the happy hour time. We tried their Jumbo Chicken Wings, Mini French Dip. Must try is the Grinch, it's a drink just during Christmas time.
Dessert the Chocolate cake... it is big and delicious!
We will definitely come again.
