Had a wonderful experience for dinner on a very busy Dec. 23rd. Our party of 3 arrived at about 6:10 to a waiting list of approx. 6 other parties. We were told 20 minutes to wait, it was no more than 15 minutes. Service was spot-on time-wise and efficiency-wise. Food was excellent. Portions were huge. I feel it is a great place to enjoy a meal.
My fiancé got the grilled salmon with honey mustard sauce. His salmon was raw on the inside. He mentioned it to our waitress she said we will fix it. She says they didn’t microwave it but he got the same piece back with the sauce on it still and now it was dry and especially on the edges which we believe would not have happened with a minute on the grill.
Why no offer to get him a new piece? Or comp in any way. Seemed unprofessional.

Great food, got a smash burger and the baked walleye, as well as pickle chips and chicken tenders for dessert. Burger was juicy, and super flavorful. The bun was super soft as well. Baked walleye was crispy, flaky, and well seasoned. Not dripping in grease like some places. Came with cornbread and a choice of side.
