We enjoyed our time here, love that they have some outdoor seating space. The place is huge so theres usually always openings on weekend for last minute reservations which is great! Definitely worth trying if you haven't been.

Love it! We were looking for a new place for brunch with my wife, food was amazing and so was the service, keep up the good work!

This is our second time here and the food and drinks never disappoint! So delicious.Only thing I’d say doesn’t match up is the prices for the atmosphere. for a more casual dining experience the prices are a little high. For two of us, the bill is $100 and I didn’t feel like I had to dress ‘up’ to be here.

My friend and I had brunch here this past weekend. Still thinking about how did they make their sausage patties! They were so good. It was all delicious!

Nice atmosphere at the bar. Not super crowded like the other places nearby, although it did fill up by the time we left for our dinner. The arancini was so good. Nice beer selection too. Good service.

Rarely do I experience racism in Minnesota, but if you want to experience it this is the place to go. The older white lady, let’s call her Karen, said there were no tables available when half the restaurant was empty. We went online and made a reservation for within 30 minutes. Within 10 minutes we got a call that a table was ready.

Just had an exceptionallly good meal here. The Meatballs made a great starter, followed by a delicious salmon entree, and finished off with a super yummy pistachio cheesecake. The others in our party had shrimp linguine, parmesan chicken, and cioppino. All were very pleased with their choice. Service was excellent as well

Not at all impressed with the food. 4 people , different menu items. Average at best. What’s with the surcharge? Place was empty. I now know why….

Exceptional breakfast, and it seems like no one knows about it!

My fiancé and I heard great things about RSR. We were even thinking about using the downstairs venue for our rehearsal dinner before our wedding. After tonight, we will not be coming back nor using this as a venue. The service was horrible, which ultimately overshadowed the food. There were 6 of us for dinner at 7pm. We sat down and ordered our first round of drinks right away, began chatting for a while and started wondering where the menus were? It had been 40 min and we hadn’t seen a menu. The server came back around wondering if we wanted another round of drinks, no sir, a menu please. The table was never cleared, our drinks were building up, the appetizer plates were never taken away. We ordered and ate our pastas and entrees but again sat and waited for another 40-50 min without any acknowledgment. He was on his phone and chatting with a buddy in the back of the bar. No one else was eating around us or in the basement for that matter. My fiancé finally stood up and walked to bar wondering if he was going to bring the tab or if he should walk upstairs to close the tab. This was a 3 hour dinner for absolutely no reason. We weren’t even offered coffee/dessert. Overall, would never return.

Had a fabulous dinner tonight here. Our waiter Patrick was amazing. He paid attention, was quick, and our food was also amazing. Highly recommend for a casual date night, or a fancy night out. You will not be disappointed.

Service was great. Food not so much. Very disappointed.Appetizer white bean and sausage soup. Delicious flavor but light on bean and sausage. Mostly broth. Not a good value.Dinner also disappointing.Cavatappi was all pasta and very little peas, medium sausage they grind it so small, and very little sauce. Just a bowl of pasta. Underwhelming

We've eaten here a handful of times and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The last two times have been take out and been disappointed. First, they have increased prices far beyond what the quality of food commands. Second, they default to a 20% tip on take out online orders, hidden at bottom of page (shady)

Have eaten here 15+ times, but not since Covid, had always enjoyed it. Today... disappointing. Had a special occasion, so made a dinner reservation a week in advance in the Rebel Room (nice ambiance downstairs). The young host (not busy at all) said they had no tables, despite 3 being empty, and clearly not interested in the problem. So, we went upstairs. Wife's Malbec was good, my $12 port was barely 1.5 oz served in a champagne class. Odd. Baked Ziti, wife's favorite only because of the red sauce, now has lots of cheese – no red sauce at all (recall the restaurant name). Most of scallops were good, but two were barely cooked, so did not eat those. Ordered a black Russian after finishing the port in two sips. Waitress replied "black Russian?!" with a face, as if some exotic drink. Finished that half way through a leisurely dinner and did not want a second, which was good as it was never offered. Empty glass sat there the rest of the meal. No bread, had to flag not-very-busy waitress down a couple times. Management, service, food all disappointing for $75 pp experience. This used to be a reliable go to place where we would bring friends. Will not be returning.
