I asked for Sumatra. He said he had it in pot. After leaving,I could tell by taste it was Pike. He lied to me. I came back and they refused to do pour over. They had three people working and no customers.

Worst Starbucks line waiting experience.The line length ammount can only go to three people before the store is now in disarray and no one can get into the grocery store.Layed out very poorlyThe service here seemed a bit annoyed that I even came in here to orderMy drink was fine, left some air in the top but otherwise just as good as other Starbucks matcha lattes

I much prefer local stores, you can get something much more high quality and flavorful, with less sugar and less plastic. However, if you're looking for your average starbucks, this is exactly that. Nothing special, nothing unique. Just some expensive coffee.
Just stopped in to buy a cup of coffee. I picked up my cup and it felt empty. I questioned the cashier. His response was we dont have tall cups so it is in a grande cup....less than half full. I will not be stopping at this place again. Poor customer service!

Will and Jane and Cassie and everyone are just so friendly here. I used to love to grab a coffee and have a smoke in the morning. And the people working here always brightened my day!
