Really good ice cream and novelty selection. Great location to enjoy the park and water. Prices are about average.
Fun ice cream shop in Excelsior, Minnesota. Good selection of delicious ice cream flavors that rotate often. Great location in the port of Excelsior
? Raspberry chocolate chip by Sebastian Joes! ? ♥
Mango, strawberry, blueberry, caramel salt, all far too sweet and with artificial flavors. The waffle is the best.
To clarify: much too sweet + artificial taste. The waffles are tasty.
nice little stop along the excelsior bay coastline. great place for some of MN favorite Sébastien Joe's Ice cream and a few other snacks and small food items. Awsome place to bring the kids or pets...great customer service with a smile and all around lovely atmosphere. e wn have a couple of chairs and benches to sit at while you eat your ice cream or stroll along the park path. we will be back many times.
The ice cream here is phenomenal, the location is a little gem.
Tasty ice cream. Nice atmosphere!?
Fun ice cream place!
Great little spot for a treat! The ice cream is always good and I have yet to pick a bad flavor. Service is fantastic every time we stop. Love hitting the Trolley up and taking a walk along the lake with my choice of treat for the day.

Great experience - owners are particularly easy on the eyes. My son said, “devilishly good looking”. Ice cream not bad either!
A seasonal lake front ice cream trolley with a happy energy about it. Bring the family and enjoy delicious Sebastian Joe's ice cream and views. What more could you want on a nice summer day?
Stop what you are doing and hurry to Tommy’s for the best ice cream around-who does not like ice cream
It's Sebastian Joe's ice cream (which is arguably the best in the Twin Cities)! However the prices are "tourists-with-money-to-burn" high, while the serving sizes are "teenager's-summer-job" small.
The Mint chocolate and Black truffle cherry were great flavors
