I placed an order for delivery from this location and the delivery driver was really aggressive when he was dropping off my order even though I asked for it to be left at the door. I later realized that my order was made incorrectly and that I had items missing. The driver said he personally prepared it and it was a white guy who looked like he was in late thirties to early fifties. I'll have to remember to check out more recent reviews to see if he's still there before I order from here again.

Horrible service and refusal to compensate. Order took over 1 hour to deliver with no notice of being on any lunch rush. Employee said my sandwich was in the middle of the road and the driver is coming back to make a new one. Once asked for compensation the Manager John said he would refuse to do that, and actually the driver was just out delivering still. Just horrible small minded people working at this location. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

My delivery took well over an hour and a half…wasn’t during lunch or dinner rush either. Once it was delivered, it was left outside my office building in the baking sun on a 90 degree day. I’d asked for a call so I could meet the driver outside - never received a call or notification that it had been delivered.

I've never been disappointed with the service or the food I've received from this location...... during the pandemic, they busted @$$,......remember...." the whole world was short staffed.".... they never failed to provide... they did the best they possibly could.

Like others have said, delivery time is very long, over an hour both times we’ve done it for work. When I called to check if everything was alright, it seems like this is completely normal for them. Go in person!
