I absolutely love this place ❤️🍽️ I usually order takeout, and I’m always impressed by how hot and fresh the food is when it arrives — it’s seriously steaming every time 🔥🚗 This time I decided to dine in, and surprisingly, the food wasn’t quite as hot as it usually is with delivery, which felt a little strange. Still, the quality and flavor were just as good as always 😋✨
Everything tasted great, and you can tell they put care into their dishes. My only small wish is that they offered spicier options 🌶️🔥 The items marked as “hot” with little pepper icons on the menu are honestly less than mild in my opinion. I’d love to see something with a real kick! But overall, it’s still a fantastic spot that I’ll happily keep coming back to 🙌💛

The man working was so nice! The food was excellent my 17 y/o son said it was the best Chinese he’s ever had & was amused by the robot server. The egg rolls were top notch as was all of the food. Don’t hesitate go eat there!!!

TERRIBLE ORDER PROCESS. Ordering through their website- went through the entire order, was charged and then informed that the address was out of range. And that the refund can take several days. So now I’m responsible to make sure they actually refund an order they were going to reject anyway. Why charge people if you don’t even know if you’ll deliver? Garbage.

I visit NFW after being away for a few years, pretty big changes. Now they want you to order at the counter and pay then, including tip. The counter people are super pleasant, so tipping then is OK, I guess. The food is delivered fairly promptly by those trundling robots and it arrives nice and hot. The food taste and quality is good, similar to previously but not WOWfresh like before. Maybe we should give them another chance. Soy sauce on the table, chili oil (barely spicy) upon request at the counter, other condiments in plastic take-out paks, a BIG step down from before. No hot tea/drinks. Cold canned drinks at the counter. Self serve ice water. The place was busy when we were there, fair prices for decent food, filling and satisfying. Tables were kept clean and bussed promptly. There was a Cotten candy (?) machine that attracted kids, and a sushi bar for adults.
