I came to buy some pizza at like 11:50 and they told me they were closed I asked him isn’t it supposed to be at 1 he just gave me a vague explanation about why they where closed.

I had tried topper wings in eau claire before and it was good size wings. But this one here is totally off the menu not what I expected. The wings was so small the size of my thumbs and toes. Looked like this location serves pigeon wings or baby chicken wings. Not even worth $17. I will not be coming back to this topper pizza again.

Ordered a pizza from them and I have to say the quality and customer service has went dramatically down hill. First the tracker didn't work, second the delivery man didn't even knock on the door just left it so we had no way to know the pizza was even there other then to check based off estimated time, then the pizza was doughy. I called asked for a manager was told we'll sir it isn't our fault you didn't check for out driver I asked for a refund and was placed on hold and left on hold for 35 min called back was hung up on. Absolutely poor customer service especially when I paid 30.00 bucks for one pizza.

Pizza arrived smashed to one side of the box. Called about replacement and THE DRIVER answered the phone and got smart with us about "not slinging the pizza around." Can hear workers laughing in the background about the pizza. Unprofessional.
I specifically put in notes on the order to ring the buzzer so that we know they are here. Driver made snide comment about keeping phone on instead of the buzzer if you're expecting a delivery.
Do not appreciate the driver catching an attitude on the phone or the snippy comment.
Tipped the driver when they got here and now I wish I wouldn't have.
Bumping to 3 star because management was helpful but will not be ordering again if that driver is still there.

I order two pizzas and they both were thin (I didn’t order thin crust) and full of grease. They were so nasty and inedible that we had to throw them away. Waste of my time and money, take your business elsewhere.

The manager was very friendly and made a Totza ? in reverse, you have to ask him! It was one of the best pizzas I had in a while my friend had the sweet chili pizza and he liked it!

I love toppers but this is the second time where they have forgotten to put some toppings on my pizza. Which is sad because the nacho cheese is my favorite part. ? it could have something to do with the intensely strong smell of weed that always radiates out of there. Foods great, smell is not, and please just stop forgetting the toppings ??
I really really like this pizza but FAR TOO OFTEN I am receiving a pizza that is NOT FULLY COOKED! the dough is still dough! I even make the note on my order to make sure it's fully cooked and STILL! Very frustrating, disappointing

I love the pizza but after sitting in the lobby for a few minutes I’ve seen horrible things. I attempted to use the restroom and almost gagged when I opened the door. It was urine unflushed with the seat up. The outer part had dark colored drippings coming down. One cook seen my reaction and did nothing besides use the bathroom herself. Gross. When I looked over at the other cook she was walking through the kitchen eating a slice of pizza and texting on her phone. At this point, I could see my pizza almost ready in the oven. She proceeded to prepared my food without washing her hands. I politely reminder her that she should wash her hands before continuing with food. She nodded as if that would be a good idea and then washed them. I’m not sure if I should eat this pizza. I’m concerned.
