I love the pizza but after sitting in the lobby for a few minutes I’ve seen horrible things. I attempted to use the restroom and almost gagged when I opened the door. It was urine unflushed with the seat up. The outer part had dark colored drippings coming down. One cook seen my reaction and did nothing besides use the bathroom herself. Gross. When I looked over at the other cook she was walking through the kitchen eating a slice of pizza and texting on her phone. At this point, I could see my pizza almost ready in the oven. She proceeded to prepared my food without washing her hands. I politely reminder her that she should wash her hands before continuing with food. She nodded as if that would be a good idea and then washed them. I’m not sure if I should eat this pizza. I’m concerned.

The quality control is terrible. When the pizza is made correctly.... It's really really good. But they make mistakes so often and take so long to deliver that we've quit ordering from them. Which is sad because they make my favorite pizza, but the last time we ordered it, it was so bad we threw it away.

This pizza is trash. The last time I ordered my pizza was missing two toppings I paid for, and barely had any cheese. Customer service never responded to my emails. I will never give toppers my business again.
Great service and great pizzaPlaced an order on Door Dash but it didn't allow me to customize, so I called and a very nice man personally made the changes I requested, which was incredibly kind. The pizza was very delicious too.

Worst experience ever with customer service. My delivery address was added incorrectly by the business for Door Dash. After waiting for 2 hours, which is fine - I can understand when it's busy - I was finally notified by Door Dash that delivery could not be made because of the incorrect address and I would have to reach out to Topper's directly. I dealt with the rudest person, asked me none of my information and said it would be refunded. I will absolutely never order from Topper's again.

Just ordered for pick up. Drove from St. Paul to Falcon Heights to pick it up (it is the closest location to us and we are within their delivery zone). Got all the way home and realized they literally forgot to put a drop of sauce on one of the pizzas. Called and the first guy said they could remake it or give a refund for that one item. I said I’d like it remade because it’s our dinner, but then we will have to drive all the way back (30 minutes round trip) and the other food will get cold and that’s obviously a decent inconvenience to us for your mistake. He said they won’t deliver it despite their mistake because it wasn’t originally delivery. He also said they won’t discount anything else if the other items were made right. I said that doesn’t seem right. He said he’d talk to someone else to see if they could do anything more.Instead, he transfers me to another guy who knew nothing and I had to re-explain the entire situation to myself. That guy says they can’t actually do ANY refund because it was part of a coupon, so I have no choice and they have to just remake it. He must have been able to tell I wasn’t thrilled, so he offered to let me speak to a manager, to which I said ok. He then said never mind, the manager is busy, we will start making your pizza. Ok……? Guess I’ll start driving, again…. Thanks. Told him guess I’ll talk to the manager when I get there. All the while the rest of our food has gotten cold and it’s getting later and later before we can actually eat our meal.Got there and asked to talk to the manager and was told he had just left…. Awesome. Guess when he was too “busy” to talk he was just too busy getting ready to leave for the night. Ok, guess I’ll call him tomorrow and further my inconvenience on this matter some more… but wait! Now he isn’t going to be in for 3 days!! Just. Wow.In my mind, if your order is made wrong and you have to be the one inconvenienced to get the correct food, either there should be something else done to make up for it, or it should be delivered asap. I don’t know where customer service went to die, but don’t go looking for it here.WARNING: Order take out at your own risk!!!
