10,000 Drops Craft Distillers

This place makes incredible bourbon, and the cocktails here are delicious! Their old fashioned is great, and so are their gin drinks, like the Gin Fitzgerald and That Raspberry One. They also have a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Add in some food trucks and trivia and going to 10,000 Drops is simply a great time!

I had just gotten back from The Bourbon Trail in Kentucky last summer and stopped in at 10,000 Drops, which happens to be 1/2 way between where we live and our daughter lives. I was blown away at the quality of the Bourbon. I had a chance to talk to the distiller, who spent a lot of time in Kentucky to perfect his craft. It shows! I have to have a bottle of 10,000 Drops bourbon on my shelf at all times. Hands down, the best bourbon in Minnesota. Not to mention that all their craft cocktails are unique and exceptional. LOVE this place.

This place was great. We will definitely be back for the great drinks and atmosphere. I loved wood and metals giving the industrial feel throughout.

Love this distillery! Everyone there was kind and attentive. The adult Dreamsicle was to die for! Highly recommend this drink. We also did the tour, which was fun - I think Jack gave us the tour. It was cool to see the behind the scenes, the entire building & it's history!. Highly recommend stopping & having a drink!

Was fantastic experience

The cocktails are all fantastic, and the barrel aged gin is a divine experience. But the real star is the ambience (including the staff). Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Just my kind of place. Tasty drinks, great company, and the wife was out of town ha. Perfect spot for my sons bah mitzvah after party this upcoming winter.

Stopped on our way home, Faribault is a pretty little city. The distillery is in an old warehouse, very interesting space. Food truck outside, tap room next door. Had the Old Fashioned and partner had the Mango Madness … both were tasty. Stop in if you’re in the area

Great cocktails and vibes!

It's the greatest place Faribault has to offer. Great food trucks, cocktails, atmosphere, live music, and a killer comedy show. Seriously, EVERYBODY should go to that Comedy Under The Bridge show every time they put it on. The host of the show is so funny and kinda cute.
Everyone at the distillery; owners, distillers, and bartenders work so hard and care so much about what they're doing and the people they're doing it for. It's a great place to stop if you have the time. Otherwise, check your local liquor store for their products.
Dog-friendly and family-friendly with plenty of things to do.

Great atmosphere! The old fashioned will be ordered again. The gin is tasty, not piney at all. Will return for sure.

Another excellent day on the dog-friendly (and shaded) patio! Today's food truck was Caribbean Kitchen & Grill and it was awesome - plantains! Yes! - and the vodka is 100% corn. Try the Key Lime Martini without the Graham cracker rim for an awesome GF option. Lou approved!

Tried "That Raspberry One", which was delicious! Sat on the patio and had a great time.

Really good drinks made with their own distilled vodka, gin, rum, whiskey and bourbon. Friendly service and sometimes live music!
