A few days ago I was in Burnsville, mn and stopped at a Burger King and got two of their jr. whoppers on sale. They were delicious, just like the full size whopper with that great flame broiled taste. Two days later I was on my home turf in Faribault, mn. and stopped by the Burger King there and ordered 6 jr. whoppers to go. When I got home and bit into one, it was the worst thing I ever tasted. Nauseating. On inspection it was the taste of the pickles. A taste I remembered when I was in a third world country when I bit into a home made pickle. Very acrid and chemical tasting. I also measured the each patty and each one was exactly 1/8th inch thick and they had no flame broiled taste at all and were cold when I got them.
Made a mobile order.pick up was 1015. I arrived at 1019 . It is a block drive to bk. Did not get my order until 1030, and to top it all off all 3 burgers were ice cold. Not just a little cold Ice cold. Not even a little warm. Also the punk kid didn't say a word to me. No thanks for coming, here's your order, have a nice day. Nothing. Then when I called to complain nobody answered the phone. Worst service I have ever experienced

My husband ordered 2 whopper Jr's at the drivw-thru and had to repeat it many times to the kid. Finally got the order and pulled away. Thought he should ck the bag and there was only 1 sandwich on there! He brought it me and when I opened it, it was only a large burger and a bun..nothing else!! What the heck! Won't go back for a long time.

If I could give a 0 I would terrible service the Latino man at the drive through window constantly kept not listening clearly because I had to repeat my order a couple of times witch is fine because I used to work fast food so it’s understandable but then when my food came the order was completely wrong and when I went back inside to get it changed the same man told me they don’t give out free food and that I would have to pay again! and with terrible attitude so I recommend if you want burgers go to McDonald’s it’s not too far away from Burger King.(ALSO WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE AT THE TIME AT THE BURGER KING SO THEY WERE IN NO RUSH!!!)

This place is going down hill once again!! Food is soggy, cold and pure disgusting!! I gave you a second chance and there won’t be a third!! BURGER KING PLEASE FIND FRIENDLY WORKERS!! The ones that are there seem to hate their job. I’m so sad because I love Burger King.

Omg most horrible food again!!! We went there coming back from Owatonna 2 years ago, left there and we said never again!! We thought we would try again today and same crap!! We love burger king, seems like every where we go to have our favorite burger king is so bomb!! There is seriously problems in Faribault!!! I'd so love the corporate to call me!!! I don't want the burger king in Faribault to go away!!!

The service is horrible, they spend their time playing around in the kitchen, they don't give you the order you ask for, the hamburgers are scrawny and very poor in ingredients, they throw your order at you and they are racist and make fun of the customer, the person who served me was Antony, and his behavior was very unpleasant, I will not return to this place again, it is always empty and I thought the service would be different, to attract more customers but no. Terrible experience. Very unpleasant people.
