And the BBQ is not the same. It's gone down hill since they changed the recepie, and today I got just enough meat to moisten the bun. Bring back the original BBQ sandwich, quit nuking the hotdogs, learn how to put enough flavoring in the "Arctic rush" so it isn't just colored ice water, and I may return. Until then, you've lost the business of a 40 yr long customer.“
