I came to your restaurant tonight with my grandson. It was busy, but mostly for the pizza buffet. My grandson and I just ordered our own pizza, a large pepperoni with mushrooms on half. Our pizza came with mushrooms on the whole pizza, I also ordered a glass of wine. Our waitress never checked in with us after the pizza was delivered to our table. I would have liked another glass of wine, and I personally removed the mushrooms from his side of the pizza(you know kids, no mushrooms means NO mushrooms)!. Highly disappointed with our service tonight.☹️

I love Carbones Faribault!! I go there at least once a week!! The servers are amazing… especially KENZIE!! Wow what a wonderful person!! Also Brittany the bar tender. Awesome. The food is so very good! I just love this place!! Good job and I mean all of them!

It’s been about 15 years since we’ve had Carbone’s…we drove an hour just to have it again and we were not disappointed! The pizza was just as great as we remembered it and my kiddos loved it, my oldest took her first bite and said, “ok, I understand now”. Our server was AMAZING and went above and beyond, my youngest was sad because of the square cut versus traditional triangle cut and before I could order him something else she went and got him some sliced in a triangle. What a great little road trip for a delicious lunch and incredible service!

Food was good. Service was slow and disorganized in my opinion. Atmosphere was alright. Par for the course.
We were in the mood for pasta and didn't want to drive forever. I had the baked penne and it was pretty damn good. It may not look like it from the outside but it's pretty damn spacious and didn't feel cramped.

Parking: The parking lot is generally full during dinner time. Sometimes parking in the back gravel lot or on the street is necessary during busy times of the day.
