ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! customer service there is beyond disrespectful staff is very rude ! Ive had several orders wrong and when i call to explain what happened they have attitudes and hang up! Ive also had them deliver my food and leave it on the ground outside my house without knocking! I evan had to speak to the general manager because i seen a unusal charge on my credit card where one of the workers took it upon themselfs to fraudulenty add a “tip”. Thats illegal! And when i called to compalin about the extra charge they question me as if i added it! When i was never handed a receipt to begin with! I gave them several chances after it and honestly im so disgusted with the customer service at this point the people who work there just dont care. They dont pay attention to the orders then when you try to call and explain what is wrong they act like its your fault I understand mistakes happen. But this is ridiculous! DO Not eat here!

Ordered piza with cheese only topping, she gave me chicken pizza and when I tried to explain she insisted that I ordered chicken… at least if they can confess their mistake and I didn’t even want to be compensated. I ordered another large Pizza again but was really not happy with this young lady’s attitude..

If you are gluten free please do not get pizza from dominos . They say they have a gluten free option but it is not gluten free . They bake the pizzas in the same oven and use the same utensils on gluten free pizza and regular pizzas, so if you have a severe allergen I would stay away.

We typically have a great experience with our local Dominos, but today the food quality fell short. As you can see from the photo, one of the pizzas was delivered with a slice missing all of the ingredients. They did not slide off, they were just missing altogether. Someone actually cut the pizza and showcased the slice that was left without toppings and boxed it up and sent it off for delivery. The Mac n cheese had no cheese sauce in it, but rather hard, inedible noodles with burnt cheese on top. Whoever is in charge of quality checks here (as it says is done online via the order tracker) needs to be retrained.
