We were at the Faribault Hardee's the evening of 2.27. The gentleman that took our order made eye contact and was very friendly, as were the other two employees. The second gentleman who brought our food made sure we had everything needed with a smile. You don't really experience that any longer, thabk you.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Paula. I came here for lunch and she was working completely alone because some other employees called in. She kept up with orders in both the lobby and the drive through, while doing all of the cooking, and the food was hot and perfect. All with a good attitude and honestly made it look easy. Super impressive
The service was good and fast, but wish they had taken a little more time to actually toast the bread better. It tasted good, was more warm than hot. Restaurant was clean. Counter staff was courteous.
