I stopped by the drive-thru to try the new Dunk It Bucket. When I ordered, the first employee asked what sauce I wanted, and I listed three. She told me I could only get one since the meal comes with two gravies, which was fine. I then asked if I could get extra sauces (ranch and honey mustard). At this point, another employee jumped in, asking what sauces I wanted, and when I repeated myself, she told me I’d be charged extra—something I was already fine with. The back-and-forth was unnecessary; I just wanted the sauces without the debate.
As for the food, the chicken was crispy and cooked well, the fries were warm, and the mashed potato poppers were underwhelming. However, about 15 minutes after finishing my meal, I had an urgent and unpleasant digestive experience. Not exactly the ending I was hoping for.
Service could be smoother, and I’d probably skip the poppers next time—if there is a next time.

The customer service is very rude told them they forgot one piece of chicken they say my ordered was wrong took my food and didn't give my money or food back asked for different manager said he in Montana good luck calling him had to go through customer service and had to get their manager on the phone I expected better from kfc worst experience

The food is okay but the people work there are as worthless as they come and disrespect. They just throw the food in the bag my 4 year old could do better than them. Honestly one of the worst place in Faribault do all of us a favor and close it down and save the kfc name

Impressive! I have not dined at KFC in years due to bad experiences. Yesterday, this store changed my perception of KFC to very favorable! The store was clean, friendly staff, FAST service, great food! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

We were there on a Sunday (9/22) about 7 p.m. We were absolutely appalled at the way customers were treating the employees. We placed our order online and arrived about 5 minutes after we placed the order. When we saw they were pretty busy, we just had a seat and waited. The poor gal that was supervisor or manager was working with no cook (called out) and 2 new employees. We watched 2 uber eats drivers and several customers get very angry and abusive to this woman who was just doing her best to keep up. She was apologizing profusely to every customer, but it didn't matter. She was very sweet and we let her know it was fine, we understood. People, do you want fresh food, or stuff that has sat under a warming lamp for an hour? Fresh fried chicken isn't fried in under a minute like a fast food burger. If you want it quick, go to McDonald's, they have chicken too. District manager, give this gal a raise, she solely ran the store, from cooking, to drive thru, to front end. She was running her legs off, trying to do it all, under intense conditions.

We ordered a chicken nugget $4.99 meal and beverage for my husband and a two piece w/mashed potatoes $4.99 meal. I said I’d also like a. Order of apple nuggets. The lady with mole or tumor growths all over her face said I could do a $6.99 meal to add the apple nuggets. She said okay. We got our meals minus the apple nuggets. My husband pointed it out and the man said we didn’t order or pay for them. I wrote a note stating that we did order them and the lady started yelling at me satay I ordered pop not popovers. I said they just lost our business and the lady yelled and said not to come back ever. I’m so not going there ever again. That’s a pretty bad way to treat customers.
