The fries were cold, employees yelling at each other, food taking forever to get handed out, and a guy rubbing his facing and handing food after not washing his hands.

I ordered at the drive thru. Was told at the next window to pull around front to the stall#2. Waited at least 10 minutes. A girl running orders asked what I was waiting for. I repeated my order and she said she'd check. She came out and said are you still waiting? She asked for my receipt to show the counter help, kept waiting. Another runner came out to ask what I'm waiting for and I let him know what happened. He came back 5 minutes later with my order. I waited a total of 25 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Plus at least 5 people were served in the parking lot that did the drive thru after me.

The Mc Donalds where I live could neva💅🏽 Didn’t hav to even ask for fries with no salt. I can still remember how grateful I was to get a warm Mc Donalds meal & not a disrespectful bag of gimme yer $10 in gtfoh lbs

McDonald's in general has REALLY gone down hill since the glory days of the 90s, but it keeps getting worse. Service is SLOW, food is mediocre at best, and the atmosphere, well, you may as well be eating in a prison with the lack of any type of decor.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I went there and bought quarter pounder and when I bit the sandwich it was mushy as I checked to see the quality it was EXTREMELY uncooked I spoke to the manager and my options was A new sandwich or nothing, I’d rather get my money back. Horrible management, horrible food I’m never coming back.

I went to Mcdonald yesterday and ordered a 5 dollar meal deal and my friend ordered the same thing, we get up to the window and the cashier took forever to open the window. When he opened the window he said a completely different order, and when I tried to correct him and tell him the right order, he shut the window. After 2 minutes he opened the window and took the money and shut the window for 5 minutes and then gave us our change. When we opened our food we noticed that their were hairs in our chicken nuggets and in our fries. This was the worst experience ever at a McDonald's.
