This Pizza Hut in Faribault Minnesota is a total scam !! You call the store and it gets transferred to a call center from who knows where . You try to order and they always tell you the wings are sold out . They charge you 3 times the cost . When you go there to pick up the outdoor store sign is off , the lights are all turned down like they are trying to let everyone know they are closed . I have tried to order from them several times and it’s always a huge hassle ! Do not go there !! They should not be on business !!

Lousy employee left me standing at the counter for 5 minutes cuz she wanted to make pizza instead while my food was sitting there ready. I asked her if the extra sauces I paid for were in the box and she assured me they were. They were NOT in any bags or boxes. Thanks. One star service

Have not ordered from here in a long time have been going to Godfathers. Thought we would give what used to be our fave place a try again. Big mistake! Ordered 3 ingredients that they charge $2 a piece for and it was missing an ingredient. Will stay with GodFathers. To get reimbursed have to drive all the way across town to even talk to them because they do not answer the phone. Ticket #0039 Thanks Anyway.

The inside the restaurant is filthy and smells terrible. Last night we ordered over the phone and ordered pineapple pizza. Instead, we got pepperoni pizza. I tried calling the 800 number and the store number and the store number hangs up on you after ringing several times The 800 number tells you to call the store. clear they could care less they’ve got your money

I’ve never written a bad review, but this is a joke of a store. Ordered 2 hours before they closed. Called customer service 6 times, store didn’t answer, food was not delivered. They were happy to charge my card though! This store should be closed.

Well I ordered up to medium pizzas one was pepperoni one with sausage and a 2 L of Pop and an order of cheese bread then get the pop had to wait another hour to get it and the food quite frankly was gross through 85% of it in the garbage will never order from there

Ordered my food at 631in store for delivery. Was quoted 40 minutes. Didn't arrive until 734. Irritating, but it's dinner rush so understandable. But didn't receive Mty whole order and the pizza arrived uncut. Attempted to call the store 3 times and ended up getting ignored all 3 times, called customer service, got "transfered" to a manager that just let it ring and eventually just hung up. Very very disappointed and dissatisfied.
